General Return Policy
RUVERO does not usually offer any return policy on any of its items. This decision is as a result of persistent abuse of the policy by a few.
We however have applied some diligence in ensuring our esteemed customers purchase exactly what they desire.
- We use live models for the clothes.
- The body statistics of the models are stated.
- We provide a proper guide for sizes, kindly ensure you avail yourself of this.
- You can zoom in on the models for closer observation of the apparel or accessory.
- There is comprehensive product description of each item displayed.
We have put in place Total Quality Management (TQM) procedures that also ensures that goods delivered are in great shape and undamaged.
Our dispatch would wait for you to check the items bought properly before acceptance. The check must happen in the presence of the dispatch rider and within reasonable time. Where a damage is peradventure observed, we would accept the return and provide replacement. In the event we are unable to replace the damaged item and customer is not interested in substituting, a complete refund would be made within 5 days for local orders and 2 weeks for international orders.

In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise).
